VZW MR1 Update -> Custom GPS Problems
 

Anyone out there who's updated to the official rom and gone back to a custom lose their gps functionality? And, could you fix it?

If your at a custom ROM now go ahead and follow this post and it will revert you back to the stock VZW ROM.

From there go ahead and flash as normal for a custom ROM. I recommend using NueSPL and radio 3.42.40 and any custom ROM of your choice.

Thanks, I'll try it right away. Has anyone been able to use VZNav on a custom? I like the search local places functionality.

That's what it took. I'm up and running great once again. :D
