Issue: scroll bar outline wont go away...

k i just got my phone set up just about perfect but i am very picky and hate small issues like this. when i switch to landscape, there is a scroll bar that has to pop up obviously because of the space needed, but when i switch back, the outline of where the scroll bar was is still there in portrait mode and it covers some of the screen. i have attached screen shots to show what im talking about. what do i do to fix this. is there a reg edit that can disable the today screen scroll bar on portrait mode? personally i dont want it on the today screen portrait mode ever.

thanks in advance.

Re: Issue: scroll bar outline wont go away...

When I had constant problems like this using Ultimate Launch on a previous 6800 I had, I got so mad at one point I disabled the Windows scroll bars totally (you can still scroll using the D pad)

If you want to go that route, go to

HKLM/System/GWE/cyVser

& HKLM/System/GWE/cxVser

& set both values to 0 (instead of 13 & 20)

Yea, it totally disables them although you can always scroll with the D-Pad

hmm...it kinda fixed it self. it only happens when it lags when you close the phone. ill just deal with it, its not so prominent now. thank you for that reg edit. ill definetly use it if it persists too much
