for what use? honestly why would you need to do it?

and plus i wouldnt be surprised if carriers in the US blocked any other dns than their own

I was trying to use that on a friends mogul to block pornography for him but I couldn't get it to filter anything. I went ahead and tried adding a new connection but still wouldn't do anything.
