Tips to upgrade from a mogul to diamond?
 

My mogul has been acting real crappy lately. Freezes alot and lags like crazy. I'm on my 3rd mogul via crashes and problems in the past not caused by me (thank god for product replacement plans). I want to switch out my phone for a diamond (for lots of reasons), any tips on how i can convince sprint to do this for me? I saw alot of people a while back switch out their mogul for a touch with no cost. My plan is also up in feburary (3 lines)

Wait for the Mogul to go EOL then do an insurance claim. It may already be for Sprint. I think if you do warranty you will just get a refurb.

EOL- End Of Life, they say a month or two after a phones official replacement is released all of the older phones are recalled by the manufacturer in this case the mogul's end of life is somewhere around Nov since the touch pro (moguls replacement) is to be release in oct. u may have a better chance then of getting your mogul replaced with a newer model phone since it will be less likely that they will have any moguls on hand to replace yours with.
