Well, you could try bringing a picture of the surface it was sitting on [if there is a burn mark] and the charger that it was using at the time [if there's also a burn mark]

lsme help my mogule was in my sock and my foot got caught in one of those teeth traps and my mogul got holes in it. then i pried it of and fell in a lake and thats when it stopped workin

I had a samsung that caught fire a few years ago. I was at a party and put my phone in an empty lanter in the backyard since i didn't have any pockets (costume party). Three hours later my phone is on fire and the patio is full of smoke. The guests thought the empty planter was a giant ashtray and kept tossing lit cigarettes into it! I was laughing.
