Here's a tip that may be useful to some...
My Mogul was syncing flawlessly with Vista for months until one day when it wouldn't sync. I spent days trying to figure out what was wrong and must have uninstalled/reinstalled Microsoft's syncing app hundreds of times. I finally figured out that the pins in the mini USB port were pushed down from the constant plugging in the charger every night. I took a razorblade and gently raised them up so the connection was snug. When I plugged my sync cable back in, Vista instantly recognized my Mogul and I haven't had any problems since. One of the first things I should have checked caused me a lot of frustration! ](*,) sup191 |

my work PC is XP and my home PC is VISTA. I can sync with one but not the other. In order to sync with the one that does not sync, I have to delete the profile - then it syncs, but only with the one I just did. Any suggestions

shut off sync on one of them i am running too laptops one has xp and one has vista vista is my main one but i like to too up my stuff backed up so i put my info on both pc's u just never know
