THis is a tutorial on unlocking your phone written by GaMedic.
Instead of trying to cook your own rom right now, just use one of the custom roms in the forum.(Just replace the rom cooking with one already cooked for right now.)(No need to download and install kitchen yet, Until you get this part done.)

OK I've unlocked it. It took me a while because for some time i was stuck on the bootloader screen. (rainbow screen)

Anyways well now on the bootloader screen it says this now:
TITA100 MFG, SPL-2.40. Olipro, CPLD-9

And when it was stuck on the bootloader screen i searched in the *stuck in bootloader", and in the very last page i think they were suggesting to go to the htc website and to download the updated ROM.
So I went there. i download it, it installed on my phone.
My phone reset and it's back in the same problem.
Its frozen on the very first page, the HTC LOGO,
except this time it's the newer version.

WHAT TO DO??

If it it wasn't unlocked and that was the problem, shouldnt it be fixed now?
or is that the first step?

I also downloaded the BuildOS to see if that would help but first i decided to post my progress. to see what you think?
You seem like you know about this stuff (duh :)) anyways

maybe its your radio rom, when you try to boot what do the red letters say?
