Change Default Features
 

I have an alltel ppc6800 and I've found a couple of things that are annoying, but I'm not sure if anything can be done about it.
1: Can I make the side wheel control the master volume and not menu scrolling/application volume?
2: Can I turn off the bloody flashing leds?
