Need Help

After using the 6800 for few months now, i have notice that my phone has gone

. Reason are that when i open programs or contact list it takes a period of time to be loaded and then it just freezes. I have tried soft and hard reseting but the same problems occurs every time. Is there anything that can solve this problem? btw.running on the newest custom rom(i think)
