I just thought of something going back to my Q days. I got one of those supposed harmonic signal boosters, put it on my q noticed after a week it didn't do anything (oh well out 3 bucks) but it left a sticky residue under the battery. then a while later the phone started making a high pitch noise(I have sensitive ears, so only the women that worked there could hear it.) and I brought it in, the tech thought the battery had heated up the mother board on the phone and made it leak or something, instantly replaced my q with the q9m this is verizon and not sprint.

grrr, I got my replacement, and it has a white spot, and now the keyboard is acting loopy... waiting for the next replacement.

did you go to a repair center? and it didn't cost you anything? i have white spots on mine and am wanting to get replacement but dunno if that issue is big enough to warrant for one. what u think?

yea I went to a center, when I saw the new one had a white spot, the guy was like "all the moguls ive seen come in have them" and I said "My mogul didn't have that when it was new" so he said he would order me another one. I will call back today to make sure he ordered it.

gosh.. i hope that is a good enough excuse to get one. do you recommend calling them first or just go there? bit far from my house

I just went in. on my first phone, the white spot eventually started to spread, so I wouldnt see a problem with that as a reason.

yeah i guess so. my white spots are at the bottom of the screen. it's spreading. it used to be just in the corner but now it's moving to the left at the bottom. well,l first of all gotta find a repair center. think i got nothing but stores around me arggg what about authorized dealer with repair center? hehe just throwing it out htere even though i know answer probably no

This issue if normal on TITAN'S. It is a design flaw with the TITAN along with the white spots and loose stylus.

These issues will keep reoccurring even if you get a new one or refurbished one. It just takes time.

There is a software patch that will help with the keyboard issue. I have an xv6800 and the patch is in the utstarcom website. It helps a little but after time it goes back to the way it was before.
