how do i go about making these custom roms and i dont mean the ones made from buildos i mean from the ground up so i can have exactly the programs i want!!!!

First off, wrong forum. You need to post this in the Upgrades forum. Second off, so far it still sounds like BuildOS is what you need.

Check out some of my tutorials in my sig, they may help you on your path. And yes, You will still need buildos...Just an older version. In my Add/Remove programs tutorial, the method explained there will let you take a stock rom and add your touch to it...You'll need a mogul kitchen (Dogguy's for dissassembly) which if I remember correctly is also linked there...
