FIXED >> MusicID and HTC Home Weather not working thru DUN Pcktdata , only with WIFI.
 

Are you guys using MusicID fine? I am behind a Proxy ( wap.metropcs.net ) but it always worked before. Whenever i would ID a song, it would listen, Analyse, cal the #777 Packet data, take 30 seconds and success. Now it gives me a message that my phone is unable to retrieve info. I already uninstall and install over the app. also the reg says on server HLKM/Software/MusicID/Server = www.cingularmusicid.com/musicid

Is there something wrong on my phone or the server no longer accepts proxys? WIFI works just fine!

PS: Oh... same thing happens on HTC home / Weather. Weather only updates thru wifi! not my Dial-up!!

FIXED: Music ID Came Back working, I Had recently installed Opera browser. I Simply re-installed it and it worked. ( coincidence? ) I dont know, but it was not working since I installed opera, and came back when I re-installed.

FIXED: HTC Home Weather not updated thru packet data proxy: Found a patch on XDA for that. In my case i used option # for ProxyType and wap.metropcs.net:3128 for the proxy. Please read thread and use your proxy config there.
