Well I tried the HTC Home deletion and still not getting past align screen setup.

wat "rom" are you using? im usig No.2 Chem's 5054 kitchenized and im having no issues with it except the snappyness and the auto texting.

I've tried this same rom that you have mentioned. What apps did you install? I think there is an app that I am trying to install that is freezing the phone up.

Try it with no apps see if it loads properly and then try loading them 1 by 1 to isolate which one is causing it....
