Ok so i just upgraded my touch from bell with their new firmware...WOW GPS longer battery. no freezes, but now i would like to do the same for my 6800, but there's so much info i can't find the right thing...is there not a rom update for the radio from bell that does exactly the same thing as the touch one, i just want to have the latest radio and gps functions for the 6800 from bell, also have teh wm upgraded to 6.1

Is there such a thing or a simple rom update ?

What is this bell thing you speak of? And yes, there are ROM updates available for the Mogul.

I was just checking out the htc site. I dont think there is an official update for bell yet. I shows an update but its 2.17 which would be really out of date now.

You could upgrade phone with wm6.1 with gps and the newest radio with dcd's carrier cabs..
Im not sure of the actually directions but pretty much you would go through the unlock stuff(make sure you are using either olipro2.40 or no2chem's 2.47 SPL). Flash a sprint rom with the GPS and rev.A... Just make sure you DONT let the customizations run. You have to soft reset before that happens or its a pain in the *** to fix it. Then run one of DCD's carrier cabs for Bell Wireless.

I wouldnt start flashing just from them directions. There are more definitive directions around here somewhere.

bell only released updates for the vogue, no idea if they have plans for the titan. this update is where DCD got the new stuff for the 3.42.50 radio.
