Show running programs on top bar? (thanks!)
 

Is there a program out there that can show icons of the running programs on the top bar of the screen? I know Wisbar can do it but was hoping there was a lighter cab that does this without the additional features.

In addition does Wisbar work with WM 6.1? Is there any reason I should install Wisbar?

I am just mainly looking for an alternative. Thanks guys!

Wisbar works fine with WM6.1. I'm a big fan of the skinning features and the improved start menu.

Yes but is there any alternative? The thing is Wisbar crashes my device sometimes, and causes some conflicts.

You could try wisbarlite. It's Wisbar Advance without the skinning ability which is responsible for most of the programs overhead.

wktask is the best fit between foottprint and functionality imho.
very customizable too! mine's set so a downward swipe on the right closes all apps! i can't live without it.
