iGuidance and mogul
 

I just received an replacement phone from Sprint and it has the latest rom on it already. I installed iGuidance 4 and it seeems to work fine with out any fixes(gpsgate. gpsproxy,etc). But the TTS funtion isnt working properly. It speaks when i first input the route but them its silent the rest of the way. Anyone got any input on this matter?

So, the new rom 3.56 fixed Iguidance without GPS Gate. I haven't tried Iguidance 4.0 WITHOUT GPS Gate yet and I will try in a few minutes after this. You've mentioned about TTS is not working properly and let's try this by using RegEdit: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Inav/Iguidance and set PlaybackDelay to 356 instead of 500, then soft reset your phone. Let me know if this works.

Google " PHM RegEdit" or search in this forum. It should come with Cab and exe. Then install it on to your Mogul.

Nothiced that iG is very laggy probably need to install GPSgate.

Still works best with GPSGate. iGuidance 2009 comes out soon.

Also, if you want to get the same TTS voice all the time, add this registry entry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\iNav\iGuidance\TTS=2 (dword)

I've only tried iGuidance 3 on my phone, and didn't even really mess around with it much, and just got 4.0 the other day, need to check it out on my CarPC first to see if I even like it. :)

installed gpsgate and now everything works. I guess i got to fork out another 20 bux
