Sorry for the late reply 12 hour work days at the plant... anyway did it and it says

TITA100 MFG
SPL-2.40. Olipro
CPLD-9

What should I do now?

You are unlocked......you can go and flash any rom you choose now...just put it into BL and flash....if you are going to run stock as you said you do not need to enter BL....just go to the HTC website and download the lastest for your phone.....it is under support....then pick your phone...

I do have another question why would someone use relocker before flashing the official sprint rom?
