Activesync
 

I've been having problems with activesync, When I plug my phone into my computer I get the "usb device not recognized" box. The strange thing is that it was working a few days ago. I was on the phone for a few hours with sprint and finally did a whole os reload on my computer to get activesync working, now Activesync worked for about 2 days then started giving me that error again.](*,)](*,)](*,)

I don't know what I might have installed to make it start doing that again and I don't want to do another os reload... can anyone help me?
