Re: Sprint PPC6800 Successfully flashed to Metropcs

Wow I didn't know you can discuss what we're plainly discussing...

Thanks for the thanks.. I didn't even realize it till today. I'm one of those awful people that will go thru the forums with a fine-tooth-comb to find what I'm looking for but once I solve my problem I don't stick around much or make the way easier for those behind me.

First off; I can't seem to find a CDMA workshop that will run for me.. they all want a serial and nod32 reports a virus in ALL of them I've ever seen. But I like cdma workshop when I was able to use it.

for now I'm using qpst.

I may be jumping the gun; but are you saying you are NOT able to read the ESN? that sounds like you don't have the Subsidy code or MSL or whatever it's call that locks the phones settings... but I thought I read earlier you have it at least ringing on Metro..

i would like a link or a email about the mtty and QPST procedure because CDMA workshop will read my phone and help me change the security to all 0's but afterwards it doesnt read my ESN ON THE LEFT SIDE but in the tabs it will.. when i chang e it and save setting when i reconnect the setting have not been changed.... i also wonder if it is a problem with me haveing two metro phones on my account...?

Re: Sprint PPC6800 Successfully flashed to Metropcs

I sent you a message instead of posting it here, sorry I'm new at this. Anyway how do you flash and woked the phone to metro?
Can you send and receive picture and regular text, and also go online as well?
How can I do that? Thx

Re: Sprint PPC6800 Successfully flashed to Metropcs

I sincerely hope that this thread is still active, and that I will be able to get help if I get stuck. Ive ordered a Mogul from eBay, specifically for this purpose. The consequences of all this, I care not. I just want to feel accomplished in doing this. Hang in there thread!
