Cannot find Alltel Carrier Customizations

Help, it has been a while since I used a custom rom and the Alltel rom was just running too slow so I went with DCD's newest release. So far so good but I've been scouring PPCGeeks and XDA for the Alltel carrier customization cabs. All the download links I've found are giving me 404 errors. Does anyone know where else I can get them from?
