Nothing shows up in Device Information after 3.56 upgrade
 

OK, flashed the latest ROM from HTC's site onto my Sprint mogul and interestingly, nothing shows up in the device information tab except: ROM Version 3.56.651.0 wwe followed by ROM Date which is blank, then nothing else. No PRL, no esn, nothing else.
The hardware tab is ok, but the identity tab is also missing info. Tried a couple soft resets but not a hard reset. May reflash, but I hate reinstalling everything.

this is happening on my phone also. i was a little concerned and thought it was something i had installed, but i'm not sure. what do you have installed on your phone? i have dwizzy's iphone theme with a few other programs. not sure what's happening.

I have the working HTC Home plugin. SPB Mobile Shell 2.1, Iguidance 4.0, and 1-calc installed so far.

See my thread from a couple of days ago... it is the version of HTC Home you're running. After uninstalling, getting the final HHC cab and letting it download the updated HTC Home, I've got all my info back as well as a few other bugs fixed.
