Windows not detecting

I have to restore my titan to the official rom because my radio isnt working and im gonna take it back to sprint but now my computer isnt detecting it.

Is there like a disk mode or something to force it to connect.

And do I even need to flash it back to an original rom to take it back or does it not void my warrenty"
