okay i flashed 3.42.30/dcd 3.2.2 when im on a phone call and my other line rings it starts beeping all crazy like if going to blow up. any one else experience. anyone know what may cause it.](*,)](*,)](*,)](*,) any fixes](*,)

do you have any other progs installed, like special dialers? try doing a hard reset and see if it still does it...

ive been running the setup for a while with no problems 3.42.30/dcd 3.2.0, but last night i decided to change my radio to 3.42.30 and up grade to dcd new rom 3.2.2

but i notice when im on the phone on a call, and my other line ring, while im on the phone call it starts to beep, and then its makes a noise like a truck is backing up while during "call waiting". the first time it happen it was so loud im almost drop the phone cause it was so loud. i did a hard rest and tested this with no apps installed still did it. reflashed the rom and tested it with no apps still doing it. except know its really soft which i can handle but if i decide not to answer the other line, its just gets annoying

i think it would yield a better response if you would use the term "call waiting" because I think that is what you are talking about

Mine does the same. I am guessing this ROM has Diamond sounds and ringers, hence on a call waiting we are hearing the regular beeping (WM) as well as the Diamond notification for call waiting! anyone else having the same problem ?

but is that little beep sound when you get another call coming in really controlled by the ROM you have? i have no idea really, but it could almost seem like a service provider thing, since ive never heard of customizing that call-waiting beeping sound before..
