HTC Mogul Flashed To Cricket Has BlueTooth Problem

I'm trying to get bluetooth to work, but it won't!

Ok what I do is, go to bluetooth settings, click the second tab, and put a check in both, and click OK

Then I go back, and the checks are gone!

It does this all the time! HELP!
