Roaming: Can't dial out or receive call
 

When I set my phone on roam only, it cannot receive call or dial out. I have flashed my phone back to stock rom 3.35 and still have the same problem. When someone call me, the person does hear few ringing and it goes to voice mail. When I tried to dial out, it does ring a few time also, then Verizon says they cannot authenticated my device.

I have contacted Sprint regarding this, but they are no help either.

Does anyone else experience this before? How do you fix it?
