Mogul doesn't always come out of soft reset

My Mogul will sometimes hanf at the Windows screen and not finish the start process after soft resets. Anyone else having this issue? Is it a big deal?

I am having the same problem. I just do a seconf reset. My Exchange server enforces a policy that requires a password. If I see the password screen, I know I'm good to go. I have never had to do a third soft reset to get it going.
