Cricket MMS Registry Messed UP Help!!!
 

trouble setting up my ppc 6800 multimedia, I got the web to work on
cricket and now i just need to get my MMS working this is my problem im not able to set Waptype To 1 every time i set it, just goes back to 0,<in the registry>the reson why i do this is for me to be able to use wap version 2.0 because thats the one cricket supports every time i set the value to 1, the value of the registry goes to 0.
for unknown reason if some one can help me out it will be well appreciated Thank you in advance?

Hello Rick.....when you go into the registry and set the value to 1 it will change in the mms to wap 2.0...when you go and check it in your messaging don't click ok after you view it...click cancel...everytime that you hit ok after you see it says 2.0 it will change it back to wap 1 but if you just want to view it and you press cancel after viewing it...it will stay on 2.0:headbang:

hey sprint_2007..happy 4th and how did we get what to work?...if you are talking about the mms...it's because cricket has actual pic/vid messaging so if configured correctly you are able to send and receive both and you can also view them in the message and even the vids play as soon as you click it in the message and i just sent a 617k pic to my friends email through mms and she has called and said that she did get it...no link or anything like that:headbang:and it's all because of the guys over at HOFO..thanks guys:mrgreen:

Yah i got the web to work
its really simply

im1badazchick
i got an easier way
i download arcorsoft for cricket
and it automatically set up the 2.0 N every cricket setting
but im still having issues but im readying up on it right now

When you change wap type to 1 it changes to 2.0 dont go in there and look you will screw it up. Its changed.

that will definatly work in my case I had installed so many versions of arcsoft that i uninstalled arcsot and del reg string (folder) and also HKLM/Software/HTC/MMS then install the mms cab I think by crwinger i will find but its prob the one you have. O yea be sure exceptions are set.

Load the Crickt MMS cab. but you can not already have teh arcsoft client loaded.
