my third mogul was not a refurb it was new right out of the store box brand new. even verified it with the ##codes and the phone still got the dreaded white spots or Spots Titan Disease,,,,

Is this an issue that E-Care would be able to help with? either by mail exchange or something? Visiting a Sprint Store would mean restoring my phone to stock condition just so they can diagnose and check the phone out.
