First....

THE BATTERY!:protest:
The worst it is always dying on me...this is my second one

THE BATTERY COVER!:protest:
My friends look at me like I'm an idiot trying to get the damn cover off

TEXTING!:protest:
This phone and all the newer generation phones should have threaded messaging period!

PICTURE/VIDEO MESSAGING!:protest:
This could be my biggest complaint! you can only send it to e-mails? wtf? why not leave the option for both? I paid over $400 for my phone I better be able to do everything that the damn $50 phones can do and MORE! NO VIDEO MESSAGING EITHER? The worst part is they have people complaining and they don't care...

SCREEN BRIGHTNESS:protest:
When its sunny out and I try to look at my screen to see whos calling or try to finish my text message...FORGET ABOUT IT! I cant see anything!


EMAIL:protest:
DOESNT COME TO THE PHONE AUTOMATICALLY! YOU HAVE TO SEND AND RECIEVE! VERY ANNOYING WHEN I KNOW THAT THERE ARE CHEAPER GARBAGE PHONES THAT HAVE THAT.


...there are many more I just cant think of them all right now...

* By the way...the first Mogul I had I smashed against the wall then picked it up smashed it on the floor and threw it again lol....I HATE THIS PHONE AND I HATE SPRINT MORE :evil4:

lots to reply to.as far as your pic mail try smms it works perfect for picture mail but doesnt support video.
your email you can set in a schedule for sending and receiving.
as far as the glare on your screen i suggest buying invisible shield it doesnt glare like the stock screen protector.
threaded sms can be accomplished by flashing the leaked rom or many custom roms.

dude. if you hate it so much and you have smashed it, why don't you switch to somethin else? I'm not trying to be an @$$, I just don't think a phone is worth getting so frustrated about!! I do have a fix for your threaded text messaging woes. PM me if you want.

Go download the program sMMS and install it to your phone i used it yesterday it should still work. also ROM flashing is a scary thing at first but after you do it once or twice it becomes an addiction or at least it did for me.

there are a few programs that allow threaded txt messaging ie Pocket CM, Cody's and Vito SMS Chat. SMMS works perfect for picture mail.
