I hope it is just DMU setting ... or at least that support would be willing to program a test ESN and then let me change it back...

So evidently we had already tried that DMU key resetting as well as changing ESN to another phone and back! :(

The good news is that I'm getting Samsung Omnia! :D (out of my pocket of course! :( )
