sprint users with mogul or 6700
 

i havebeen around for a whil i dnt post much though but it seems to look like all of you buy the new model when it comes out. I just goto the store with my phone thats broken and they replace it with a new one free. IE i had a 6700 and the charger broke i went into the store and since i have insurance they just swapped one out for me i didnt have to py the dedctable since it wasnt my fault. then it happend again but its when the stopped stocking the 6700 so they gave me a treo700w which i hated then the mogul came out and i kinda broke the treo and went and told them i was unhappy because i got the treo in exchange for the 6700 and i dint have wifi anymore the exchanged the treo for the mogul. but everytime i goto the store they are usually helpfull. if th phone is unusable they giveme a brand new one ut if i can use it for a few days the ordera refurbished one. i have be through 4 moguls 2 6700's and 1 treo and never paid a dime besides the $250 for the original 6700 and the monthly insurance. just wasnt sure if everyone new that. sorry for the lack of punctuation

Well, I for one did not know that story. I am not sure you ever told me that you did that. I dont think anyone else knew that you went through so many phones either.

As for the insurance side of it. It pays to pay basically. Especially with PDA phones.
