No sound when deleting a file
 

Normally when I delete a file, i get a pop up and it makes a sound asking me if i want to delete this. I still get the pop up BUT for some reason there is no sound. I looked in the sounds/notifications area and didnt see anything listed there.
other sounds still work - i can hear the sound when i connect to my pc using active sync - i can listen to my mp3s - can hear sounds playing games on my pc etc.

somehow i have disabled the sound when i try to delete a file. can someone please help me out. thanks.

also i was curious - on hard resets playing is there a difference between
hitting the soft reset button as well as the left and right soft keys at the same time versus going to start - settings - clear storage?

on the hard reset question they are the same the disabling of sound have you done some soft resets or installed some new software in the past few days.
