RUU crashes

I need some help. I am trying to flash my titan to a newer radio and everytime I run the RUU it crashes at 0%. I looked at the error message and it looks like winusb.dll is the problem. I have tried with Alltel 3.37, sprint 3.35 and 3.49 with no success. I have the olipro bootloader installed. If anyone knows how I can get past this the help would be greatly appreciated!

well that's not the problem... have u tried another computer? winusb.dll error?

well it friggin works on XP with Active sync. But here's the odd thing. I can load a kitchen in vista. just not a radio/ carrier ROM. :scratch:
