I did a hard reset and my internet is still slow. do u think my titan is broke?

At the top of your screen is there a EV symbol or a 1X symbol?

Strange, that would mean your signal is fine, so thats not the problem, what could be the problem though is that a lot of people might be using your network, so try again sometime late when there should be less usage.
