Accessing Provision Settings

I am trying to access the provision settings on VZW network for sprint it seems to be ##778# but that doesn't work for VZW. Does anyone know how to access?

For Verizon, it's actually ##778
drop the extra # at the end....
then enter '000000' as the code......
