Can anyone help/explain how to put new icons on my Mogul?

I'm still new to this and I need some help. I downloaded an icon set, but I don't know how to get it onto my device and show up in the HTC Home Customizer. I'm open for any useful information that I'm sure this thread can provide.:???:
