TEP and replacement questions
Ok,
So I have 2 issues currently with my phone and want to know if Sprint will do a swap on the phone in store or if I have to go through Asurion. I carry TEP for $7 a month or whatever it is and have developed the dreaded white spot on the screen that seems to creep up on every device. The "U" key on the hard keyboard has also stopped functioning completely - it used to work if you hit it about 10 times or so, but it's dead in the water now. I use the phone for work, so was wondering if this is something I can take to a Sprint store and just get a swap or I will need to go through another process? Thanks. |

they should swap it in the sprint store.
asurion is usually for lost/stolen or water damage phones. |

Yeah a store will do it no problem. However, if you're out in the boonies or what not and don't want to go into a store, sprint will over night you a RMA kit with a phone in it. It's our advanced exchange program. (Or self service phone replacement to the public) Works well.

everytime i call sprint and say i have some kind of issue with my phone they just transfer me to ASURION

you have to take it to a SERVICE AND REPAIR store... not just any store... sprint.com locate a store and select the service center. it will be a referb.

My 6700 always breaks and I always ask for a refurb mogul or touch but they always shoot me down, any suggestions?
