Mogul: Activesync 4.5 and Outlook 2007

I have a Sprint Mogul, with the latest ROM update, and Activesync 4.5 (latest build) and Outlook 2007 on my PC. When I sync, none of my contact information is copied to Outlook 2007, and all my contacts are deleted from the Mogul. In Activesync, I have a check next to contacts, but it will not allow me to open settings for contacts. I have figured out how to copy pim.vol to my storage card, but I need these contacts on the desktop as well. Help!:(

On your Mogul, try Start->Programs->Activesync, then Menu->Options. Highlight your PC name and click Settings. Under "If there is a conflict", you may need to change from the default "Replace the item on my device" to "Replace the item on my PC" -- at least until you get your contacts sync'ed over to the PC.
