always says 1 voicemail!
 

no matter if i have 1 of 10 VM's my mogul always says i have one..is there some sort of fix or do i need to use some special SW to get the real number?

This is normal for the Sprint network. I have heard that they have been correcting this in some areas of the country but it hasn't made it to my market yet.

Consider it normal. Nothing you can do to change it until Sprint makes changes in your area.

Does it happen even if you clear the VM in your phone:voice settings?

This a network issue, not your phone. Last I heard this was working in the northeast.
