Get Your A-Key from Verizon Wireless
 

Well, my previous thread disappeared on my "Unable to Authenticate" error, but I got a new A-Key from VZW in less than 3 minutes.


Called 800-922-0204, entered my phone number, entered 3 for tech support, entered 0, 0 to skip the prompts, got to a technician.


This is all I said:

"I am developing software for my phone, and after a hard reset, I lost my authentication key and need a new one."

She goes "Ok, your new key is ........ and that was it.

If you have an old verizon phone or one you can borrow, go online to your account and activate it. Wait a few minutes, do a soft reset to your titan, then reactivate your titan. Do *22899 and you're good to go.

instead of *22899 (old / outdated) use *228 option 1 followed by *228 option 2...

Yes this works. Or just just do *228 option 3 from the old phone if you dont want to do it online
