Mogul Contacts and Appointments Wiped!
 

Randomly today all of my contacts and appointments got wiped out from my phone. And now that I try to sync, the computer just gives me an error message in Mobile Device Center when trying to connect to my phone. Any advice. I've spent the past two hours trying to fix it on my own to no avail.

eww that sucks.

I know its too late now but check out pimbackup its saved me from the same thing. I had it saving the contacts every 2 days. So when that happened Just do a google search for pimbackup.

You might need to reset your active sync connection but from the sound of it your on vista. So it wouldnt be the same. But there should be some sort of way to delete the settings for that specific phone. So its like your connecting the phone for the first time. At least thats how it goes on XP when I get errors trying to connect my phone. I delete the settings for it then connect it and it does its thing and pops up a screen to set up a partnership.

Also was any other programs deleted at this time when these were wiped. Perhaps it hard reset itself.
