Updating appointments ota without exchange server?
 

Hey guys... and gal. :)

I was wondering if there's a service offered through hotmail/gmail/yahoo that would allow me to receive appointments and schedule changes ota without an exchange server.

In other words, is there a way for my secretary to upload my new appts on the fly through outlook, or google calendar, or msn. It would make my life so much easier, and my mogul so much more impressive!

Any advice would be appreciated.

There are a few options out there for Google. There is the outlook calendar sync and for the phone there is goosync. Maybe you can set something having your secretary add the appt in outlook, sync with Google via outlook calendar sync or Plaxo and then you can sync your phone on the go by using goosync.
