Change Startup HTC logo
 

OK I saw this the other day and now after using search to look for it again I cant find it.I managed to load my own animated gif for startup and also change the image after it.What I want to change now is the Black htc Logo that appears just after you reset the device.I remember that it was two files or the same file displayed twiceonce alone and once with rom and radio information.If anyone can point me in the right direction to change these files it would be much appreciated.
Also looking for suggestions for a program for creating your own animated gifs for startup and also the s2u2 gif
