What's the best ICQ application???

I want it 2 have the same abilities as PC

I use ICQ for Pocket PC on my phone. It is from ICQ and operates exactly like the desktop version. it even populates all your users. I have not seen it on their site lately so they may have discontinued providing it. But just like the desktop client it was free so here you go. enjoy

Aim and Icq both use the Oscar protocol now. You can use any Aim client to connect to icq.
