Mogul Keys Sticking as of Late
 

On the keyboard, I'm having the worst problems using the period, the left arrow next to it, as well as the option button. I have to press extra hard on them in order for them to work. Thinking that it might be a software fluke, I hard reset to no avail.

Is this something that the Sprint insurance at a store would look into? I'd hate to find a store, get it there, and then they tell me it's not a big deal. I haven't dealt with repair/replacement before so anything that you can share would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Replacing it might be a simple solution for you, but if I have the warranty service, I'd prefer to use that vs. shelling out more money. I was asking if this is something the Sprint store would do.

They would send it out to get repaired and give you a loaner or give you a new phone if you have a warranty.

I had a problem at one point with my keys sticking, but I found an easy solution. I stopped surfing pr0n on my Mogul :D

Seriously though, Sprint insurance should cover it.
