Looking for qcmdmxp.sys

Google searches have yielded no results except mobile-files.com which appears to be down. could someone email me this file? in xp it should be located in c:\windows\system32\drivers. i'm trying to get bitpim to work and the diagnostic port keeps asking me for this file when i try to install...
