Use Google for Live Search?
 

I'm looking for the tweak to get Windows Live Search to use Google instead of the default. I've seen it in the PPCKitchen but haven't seen it elsewhere. I am running DCD's 3.0.4 kitchen and have everything just about how I want it and I dont want to flash another ROM with the tweak added just to find out I don't like how it works. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks

thanks, but not what i'm looking for. i like live search's feture/ui especially the voice recognition but it seems to not be able to find quite a few things anymore

maybe this?

A simple reg hack will let you search google instead of windows live.

(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE)-Services-Windows Live-HSAppPlugins
change searchURL to http://google.com/search?hl=en&q=

This one changes the windows pie default page (with the search box) to google.

I've actually been looking for a way to change that. : )
