Question about selling a Touch?
 
Hey guys, I got the Touch for a few months and went back to my Mogul. I just bought the phone out right, so I don't have to send Touch back and now I have the touch sitting here. Can this phone be sold online and someone use it with sprint? I'm not fimilar with selling a phone that doesn't use SIM cards.

Yes that phone can be sold, as long as the ESN is "clean" (meaning not associated with an account, listed at lost, stolen, broken etc)
Sell it on E-Bay, list it here, or sell it to a friend. I know of a person or two who might be interested in it, if the price it right.

As far as I know the Phone is deavicated. Once my Mogul got here, and I activated it the Touch stopped connecting to data, and phone services. That mean it's clean?

Is there a way to test it?

Have your friend PM an offer or questions about it's condition if he's interested.

I just want to make sure someone can actually use it, and I am not screwing em over.

I just checked again to make sure. If I try and make a call it just says account cannot be validated, and if I connect t internet, I get the 777 cannot connect error that you get when you first get the phone before activation.

I'd let it go for 150 plus 15 shipping since I don't know if the ESN is good or not. I do my payments through paypal, if your friend wanted me to open an ebay auction for him to buy it now for the legal contract aspects, thats fine with me to.

why dont u call sprint from your phone ask them to check the ESN number for you, tell them I want to sell my touch and I want to do a ESN check to make sure its good to be sold.
