Even on wifi. I'm using the latest kitchen, and the dslreports speedtest.

It might my something wrong with your was speedtest works on your phone. Do you have a laptop or desktop with wifi card? Use WMWIFIROUTER or INTERNET SHARING or some other program for sharing your internet with your compy and do a speedtest on the compy using the mogul's internet. See if you get the same.

Also what do you have in the right on your phone: While using the internet, does it say "1X" or "EV"?
