Threaded SMS - Copy to SIM ?
 

using a 6.1 rom, with threaded SMS.
i notice when viewing a message, under 'Menu', there is a grayed out option to 'Copy to SIM'..... is sure would like to use this, but it's not available to be tapped.
anyone know what it is, and how to enable it ?

FYI - awesome regedit to actually DISABLE the threaded SMS and go back to regular SMS - and STILL retain the sms notification sound and bubble --

i have found that simply toggling back and forth between 1 and 0, automatically changes my inbox view from threaded to non-threaded, without even have to reset.. so it retains all message history. awesome!

The 6.1 version is taken from the kaiser, and i believe that phone uses a sim card

Yeah he is right.. we are cdma,, so no sim card for us...

might be cool though if there is a way to edit program or registry to reenable greyed out button to allow to copy to sd card,,,

thanks. my rudimentary technology definitions led me to believe my SD card was also considered a 'SIM' card.... hence my confusion.

so i wonder then if this option would be different, or non-existent on an 'official' WM 6.1 CDMA device ??
